Your main task will be:

• Manage the development of CRM and POS platforms
• Analyze business requirements in collaboration with the UX/UI team and ensure these requirements are translated into design, front-end, and back-end solutions
• Collaborate with colleagues from product teams and IT departments to develop new solutions
• Set task execution priorities for IT colleagues
• Test and approve design and IT solutions

We are looking for someone with:

• Two or more years of experience in IT product development or IT project management
• Experience in developing and managing complex digital products
• Ability to write clear and detailed development task requirements
• Experience with digital project management tools
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Excellent communication and management skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Good English language skills, both written and spoken
• Experience with CRM or POS platforms is considered an advantage
