As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be a key contributor to our product quality strategy, leading testing efforts across complex systems and driving automation and AI-based quality initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure robust, scalable, and customer-centric solutions. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills, leadership capabilities, and a passion for innovation in quality assurance

Your Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership

• Design and implement comprehensive test strategies for web, mobile, and backend systems.
• Lead the development and maintenance of automated test suites using tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Help to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Champion the use of AI/ML in QA processes (e.g., predictive defect analysis, intelligent test case generation).
• Conduct performance, security, and regression testing across environments.

Quality Ownership

• Define and monitor quality metrics (e.g., defect density, test coverage, release readiness).
• Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and DevOps to ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC.

Mentorship & Collaboration

• Mentor junior and mid-level QA engineers, sharing best practices and technical guidance.
• Facilitate QA knowledge sharing across teams and departments.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to release planning.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including manual and automated testing.
• Proven experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java).
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in QA or a strong interest in learning and applying them.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and QA lifecycle.
• Experience in the Telco domain is a strong plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
