About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused IT Service Desk Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support to end-users, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems. You will be the first point of contact for IT-related issues and play a key role in maintaining our technology infrastructure.

Your main tasks will be:

• Respond to and resolve user inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and peripherals
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in various systems
• Perform routine system maintenance and updates
• Document technical procedures and maintain accurate records of support requests
• Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and escalated issues
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices

What do we expect?

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience: 1–3 years in IT support or helpdesk environment
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Windows and macOS environments
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Intune and common enterprise applications
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Gross salary 1900 - 2300 EUR, depending on experience and skills
