We are seeking a Quality Assurance Team Manager to join BITĖ. The position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects, collaborate with a dynamic team and further enhance programming skills.

Your main tasks will be:

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing types (functional, regression, integration, performance) and best practices

• Proven expertise in both manual testing and automation testing, with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts

• Experience with test management tools such as TestRail, JIRA, or QTest for managing test cases and tracking defects

• Risk/audit/reporting to management on performance and initiatives

• API Testing: Experience with manual API testing using tools like Postman

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – a decisive and confident leader but also a team player

• Strong planning skills and multitasking capabilities, particularly in project management for implementing new systems such as quality assurance protocols and processes

• Demonstrating critical thinking and analytical/problem-solving abilities: with a focus on root cause analysis and defect prevention

• Communication Skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate quality objectives and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with 1+ years in a leadership or managerial role

• Experience and/or knowledge of Telco domain can be a plus

• A team player who values quality

• Good English (spoken and written) skills

Certifications (Optional):

ISTQB Certification: Having an ISTQB certification or similar can be advantageous
