We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to architect, optimize, and maintain our cloud infrastructure, drive automation excellence, and lead key engineering initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, champion best practices, and ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our systems.

Your main tasks will be:

• Architect and maintain scalable, resilient infrastructure

• Lead Kubernetes and container strategy

• Implement DevSecOps practices

• Implement IaC and enforce standards

• Improve system reliability and performance

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines

• Lead incident response and root cause analysis

• Mentor Mid and Junior Engineers

• Participate in on-call rotation

• Partners support and best practices sharing

We expect:

• Strong experience with Kubernetes platform, experience with VMware Tanzu Platform or similar enterprise Kubernetes solutions is a plus

• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, containerization, and distributed systems.

• Proficiency in IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible)

• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, Go)

• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, ArgoCD, FluxCD etc.)

• Experience with monitoring & observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)

• Solid understanding of networking, security, and observability

• Proven ability to lead complex technical initiatives and mentor others

Desired Qualifications:

• At least 3 years in DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering

• Experience owning production systems end-to-end

• Monitoring & observability: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK

Gross salary 4500-6500 Eur. The exact amount will depend on experience and skills.
