We are looking for a Head of Consumer Voice Services to take full ownership of our Voice customer portfolio, Consumer prepaid and Postpaid segments. You will guide a team of product and commercial managers, shape the direction of our services and ensure that customers choose us and remain with us.
What you will do
Lead a team of product and commercial managers for Consumer Prepaid and Postpaid Voice services
Set the vision and roadmap Voice services and rate plans across the consumer segment
Own financial results of the portfolio including base growth, ARPU, churn and overall profitability
Create attractive offers, bundles and campaigns together with marketing and sales
Run discovery and research to understand customer needs, pain points and usage patterns
Monitor the market and track competitor actions, understand shifts in customer behavior and translate these findings into clear product decisions and timely updates
Manage the full product lifecycle from idea to launch to later development and retirement
Prioritize and deliver new features and improvements together with network IT and network teams
Work with partners, platform vendors and internal teams to keep our services appealing
Present plans and results to senior management and make decisions based on data
What we expect
Solid experience in product or category management or commercial roles in telecom, voice, internet, TV or digital services
Experience leading people or strong evidence of informal leadership
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers and reports
Experience with project and resource management and different delivery approaches
Clear communication skills in English, knowledge of the local language is an advantage
A practical mindset, ready to take ownership and act with confidence

The salary for this position is 3800 to 7000 euros per month before taxes. The exact amount will depend on experience and skills. The package includes a fixed salary and quarterly bonuses based on results achieved.
